Privacy Policy
The short version. Your files never leave your device. The app has no account, no ads, no analytics and no trackers. The only network request it can make is the licence check, and that sends nothing but your licence key and a one-way hash of a device identifier.
1. What happens to your documents
Every PDF operation - merging, splitting, compressing, signing, stamping, form filling, page reordering, OCR (desktop edition) and HTML/PDF conversion - runs locally on the machine or device where the app is installed. Documents are never uploaded to us or to any third party, and there is no server-side conversion.
Files stay in the folder or private app storage you choose until you delete them. Uninstalling the app removes its private storage.
2. What the app sends over the network
The app contacts our licence service - the Cloudflare Worker at

https://mavvi.online/api/verify as a fallback - only when you activate a licence
key, or when it re-validates an existing licence in the background. The request contains:
- the licence key you typed in;
- a one-way SHA-256 hash of a device identifier (the Windows machine GUID, or the
Android
ANDROID_ID), truncated to 32 hexadecimal characters; - the app version and platform.
It does not contain your name, e-mail address, phone number, location, contacts, or any document. The hash is used only to bind a licence to one device so you do not have to re-enter the key after an update; it cannot be reversed into the original identifier. Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
Once a licence is activated the app keeps working offline. If the licence server cannot be reached, an activated licence stays valid for up to one year before it needs to be confirmed again.
3. What we store on our server
For each activated licence we store the licence key, the hashed device identifier, the activation date and the last validation date. We keep this so a licence can be re-issued to the same device and so revoked or refunded keys stop working. We do not build user profiles, we do not sell or share this data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Deletion
To delete the activation record for a licence, e-mail [email protected] and include the licence key. We delete the record within 30 days. Deleting the record means the licence can no longer be re-validated on that device.
To remove all local app data, clear the app's storage (Android) or uninstall the app (Windows removes its profile folder when you choose to delete user data).
5. Permissions
The app uses the system file picker and share sheet. It does not request broad storage access, location, contacts, camera or microphone access. It does not run in the background and does not draw over other apps.
6. Children
The app is a productivity tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
7. Purchases
Licence keys are sold on mavvi.online through a payment provider. Payment happens on the provider's pages under their privacy policy; neither app sees or stores card details. The mobile app contains no in-app purchases and no advertising; the desktop app is bought through the website as well.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new “last updated” date.

1. Belgelerinize ne olur

Lisans etkinleştirildikten sonra uygulama çevrimdışı çalışmaya devam eder. Lisans sunucusuna ulaşılamazsa, etkinleştirilmiş lisans yeniden doğrulanmadan önce en fazla bir yıl geçerliliğini korur.
3. Sunucumuzda ne saklanır
Etkinleştirilen her lisans için lisans anahtarı, özetlenmiş cihaz kimliği, etkinleştirme tarihi ve son doğrulama tarihi saklanır. Bunlar; lisansın aynı cihaza yeniden tanımlanabilmesi ve iptal/geri ödeme yapılan anahtarların çalışmayı durdurması için tutulur. Kullanıcı profili oluşturmayız, bu verileri satmayız, paylaşmayız ve reklam için kullanmayız.
4. Silme
Bir lisansın etkinleştirme kaydını silmek için lisans anahtarını da yazarak [email protected] adresine e-posta gönderin. Kaydı 30 gün içinde sileriz. Kaydın silinmesi, lisansın o cihazda yeniden doğrulanamayacağı anlamına gelir.
Tüm yerel uygulama verilerini silmek için Android'de uygulama verilerini temizleyin, Windows'ta uygulamayı kaldırın (kullanıcı verilerini silmeyi seçerek).
5. İzinler
Uygulama sistem dosya seçicisini ve paylaşım menüsünü kullanır. Geniş depolama erişimi, konum, kişiler, kamera veya mikrofon izni istemez. Arka planda çalışmaz ve diğer uygulamaların üzerine çizim yapmaz.
6. Çocuklar
Uygulama bir üretkenlik aracıdır ve 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklar dahil hiç kimseden bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız.
7. Satın alma
Lisans anahtarları mavvi.online üzerinden bir ödeme sağlayıcısı aracılığıyla satılır. Ödeme, sağlayıcının sayfalarında ve onun gizlilik politikası kapsamında gerçekleşir; hiçbir uygulama kart bilgilerini görmez veya saklamaz. Mobil uygulamada uygulama içi satın alma ve reklam yoktur; masaüstü sürüm de web sitesi üzerinden satın alınır.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse güncel sürüm, yeni "son güncelleme" tarihiyle bu sayfada yayınlanır.
